8. Potential Problems

8.1 Loading Process Stops
While loading, the WebPuzzle counts down until all components are loaded. If the program stops during the loading process, it's about a transmission error that might not necessarily be solved by rebooting your computer. Then the error is in the cache of your computer and can only be debugged by deleting the temporary internet files. (when using IE: menu/extras/internet options).

8.2 The jigsaw puzzle is loaded faulty at the lower area of the image respectively there are colour aberrations
In principle the same error like at point 8.1). Here too, the temporary internet files have to be deleted

8.3 The computer hangs up while playing
Occasionally it occurred to a few users that the computer hung up. Of course, in such cases, the current score gets lost. But on request we can evaluate the jigsaw puzzle as solved. Since after the loading process the web puzzle ran on the particular user's computer (the connection to the internet can be cut while playing) the reason for such system crashes lies in your computer. It might possibly be necessary to close application programs. It could be that software conflicts have occurred on your computer whose cause we cannot reconstruct.

8.4 The jigsaw puzzle pieces only can be moved slowly
The java applet is not an independent program but is run in your browser. For this reason you should always use one of the latest versions of the Internet Explorer. However, if the WebPuzzle runs slowly, close all windows and application programs that you do not need at the moment.
